[Return/Refund Negotiation] What is Dispute Resolution Center? (ENG)

Dispute Resolution Center is a feature on the Shopee app that lets you open a discussion with Sellers for orders that you wish to return/refund.
To enter the Dispute Resolution Center discussion window, select Discuss via your order’s Return/Refund Details page.
On the Dispute Resolution Center, you may:
- Exchange messages with the Seller.
- Propose or counter-propose a suitable refund amount or solution.

⚠️ Note If a dispute is raised by the Seller during negotiation, Shopee will investigate the case and come to a fair resolution after reviewing the evidence submitted by both Buyer and Seller. Learn more about how Shopee handles disputes for returns/refunds. |
